PLEASE dive into the "vegetable broth" in the tuna-in-water ingredient list. I did years ago and have only bought tuna in oil since then. I asked manufacturers for an ingredient list for the broth and NO ONE would provide it but one said it varies and can include peas and other legumes (the fact that "it varies" in itself is disturbing to me). I now only buy Genova brand tuna in olive oil (ingredients: tuna, olive oil, salt) because other brands in oil usually use soy and/or canola. Genova is more expensive, around $2.75 per can, but It's delicious and I trust the ingredients. It's worth it to me.

Very helpful. I get overwhelmed with all the Keto channels who offer recipes and alternatives to baked goods and snacks. Being ADHD I can't manage calculating Macros all day long so I just keep it simple by only keeping these approved foods in my pantry and preparing very simple meals.

One cup of unsweetened tea contains 2 grams of natural sugar, so if you drink 4,you should not eat any more vegetables, only oil and meat. So avoid coffe and tea, or you will never get enough vitamins from natural sources. They also block Iron consumption and b vitamins by tanine-binding.
