Dr. Oz should be ashamed of himself with promoting unhealthful fad diets like this. More quantum leap nonsense that will lead to a heavier less healthy you in 5 years. The guy is spouting nonsense. It’s one more anecdotal example of one atypical person losing a lot of weight.
