    Have you read books and articles and watched videos on how to follow a keto diet, but aren't sure how to put all the pieces together?

  2. This guy had no scientific backing or evidence for the ketogenic diet. They should’ve gotten Thomas Delauer on here to blow everyone’s minds. For example: clogged arteries? Delauer could’ve easily explained how the main reason for that is inflammation within the arteries in which the proper ketogenic diet actually prevents. Let’s get a more qualified guy to speak on this rather than just a success story and what he did
