This guy had no scientific backing or evidence for the ketogenic diet. They should’ve gotten Thomas Delauer on here to blow everyone’s minds. For example: clogged arteries? Delauer could’ve easily explained how the main reason for that is inflammation within the arteries in which the proper ketogenic diet actually prevents. Let’s get a more qualified guy to speak on this rather than just a success story and what he did

By doing this diet with one meal a day strategy along with it I have gone from a peak of 310 lbs to 209 lbs so far and arthritis is nearly gone and nearly off all medication
I actually eat 50% vegetables and salads and the rest fats and protein and it's been 2 years.. good health and amazing results
