  4. Yrs ago i lost 25 lbs by eating home made cleaner diet . i cut my sandwitch s with less mt n cheese n mayo or ate tomatoe sandwich or ate bowl soup 4 lunch. If need snack i ate 1 portion or peanuts or veggys. Ur stomach will shrink requores less portions. No junk or take out foods.
