WHAT I EAT IN A DAY (KETO DIET + INTERMITTENT FASTING)





Hey guys! Follow me along for the day in the kitchen as I show you what I eat in a day on a Keto diet paired with intermittent fasting and sprinkled with a tad bit of fitness clips.
Please keep in mind as I’ve mentioned in my 1st Tippy Tales ( ) I do NOT count calories and macros as I eat intuitively. I do a Keto 80/20 lifestyle (80% of the time I am Keto, 20% of the time I am not). Also, for those that are concern about the calories in this video, please understand that I am now fat-adapted a.k.a. a fat-burner verses a carb burner. I can go long periods without food, not feel hungry, not snack and get more satisfaction when I do eat. It’s such a difference from where I was before. I am going to be doing a video explaining this more as I know I am getting concerned comments about that. It’s a natural process that happens and I am advocate of listening to my body when it comes to my health.

  1. How many calories do you aim for in a day? This is what I am struggling with is eating the recommended calorie amt, I feel like I eat wayyyyy under the calorie recommendations even to be in a deficit…if that makes sense.

  3. I do IF different because my work schedule and everything in my life but I still do keto and IF.
    On days I work I have work from 6am until 2:30pm. So I eat before work around 5am. Then I don’t eat until around 3pm-5pm. Depending on how the day goes. Then I workout later. Then I won’t eat until the next day. On days I don’t work, I usually wake up around 8am with no alarm clock. So I eat a few minutes after waking up and then I don’t eat again until evening. Then I workout. I am going to start switching it up soon. Not sure how but I know once I hit a plateau or whatever haha I’m gonna have to switch it up. Been doing keto and IF for four weeks and feel amazing and my clothes fit better!!
