  1. What do you mean, I won't have energy? You have lots of energy. I teach martial arts, every day and have no problems with energy. You may feel a bit tired at the beginning as your body adjusts but after that, it shouldn't be a problem. I've been doing this for 15 years. It's completely sustainable. I also do I.F. using OMD. That one meal a day, is keto. Plenty of energy. When you get "experts" who don't know what they're talking about and just provide info based upon a book or study they read, that doesn't really make them an expert. They're giving an uninformed opinion. Being a medical doctor doesn't provide them with any special magical abilities and insights. Doctors are focused on illness and not on health. Most doctors have less than one semester of nutrition and even less experience with reading and understanding studies. They're not exactly credible when it comes to nutrition.

  3. HERE'S THE TRUTH…. KETO DIET WORKS 100%…. but don't expect to lose 100lbs in a few weeks it takes many months.. I lost 19lbs in two months… there is a great deal of negative press out there trying to stop keto but the truth is that by sticking to a keto diet you will not be buying ANY of the supermarket chain manufactured food stuffs which makes up over 85% of supermarket produce… so it's the huge corporate chains that don't want people turning to the keto diet because they are the ones who have more to lose than your weight!! so much more!!!!

  5. I used to be a huge critic of this diet and used to be into vegetarianism, but food always ran my life because I was hungry all of the time. Ever since I switched over to low carb, I'm barely hungry and I can even skip meals now. I've lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks effortlessly.

  6. You can exercise all you want because the fat you eat becomes energy. When are we gonna learn that carbohydrates is not the only source of energy the body works on. Think about it the carbohydrates are killing millions.
