  1. If you eat yoghurt will not fill you up. I suggest you eat 3 to 4 eggs for breakfast and if you can do intermittent fasting also it will not trigger insulin from eating too often and stop eating after 5 or 6 so you have time to digest your dinner….maybe go for a walk….,

  2. This is amazing! I'm following a non-keto vegetarian/pescetarian diet right now and I feel like I'm only eating carbs and might die soon. This is exactly what I've been looking for to balance my body's needs to be on keto but my ethical need to not eat animals.
