  2. When you have a heart attack following this advice don't blame keto. Blame the two morons in this video.

    Keto isn't high fat/low carb. That's Atkins. Keto is low carb/moderate fat/high protein. This means you have to consume low fat high protein foods which AVOCADO IS NOT due to it's HIGH FAT CONTENT.

  3. Everything must be in moderation. Too much animal protein makes us tired, feel heavy.
    I know many friends who used to be calm, nice, humble. They speak slowly, listen to others, considerate, humble, are relaxed. Now, after eating a keto diet, although they loose weight, they look stressed out, hyper, talk fast, get irritated easily etc.. Eating lot of fat and meat affect your mind, your personalities, your emotions. I feel tense, not at ease with them be cause they are on the go all the time. They are not patient, calm, nice anymore. That is what meat does to your body, mind, emotions and your astral body. Kindness can heal body, not eating animal food. We are energy, electricity, not only flesh. So, be nice to the life of animals. We reap what we sow.
    I do not believe that animal food is healing to body. We can feel good instantly, but in the long run, it creates disease. Hey, animals are like us, they have disease too. And if we eat them, we get their disease, no matter how healthy the animals are. Living organism decay every second. That is the law of nature. Hope that everybody wake up and not to depend on animals life to make us healthy.
