Yes, I too am guilty of jumping from weight loss plan to others as well, I think that I must have tried every single weight loss system that was available, but in the end not one of them helped me to reduce and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time using the Custokebon Secrets simply because my cousin who told me unbelivable things about it and so far to date I have successfully lost 15 pounds within 3 weeks!

  2. Guys. lost lots of weight doesn't need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Get a popular weight loss secrets called Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google). Thanks to it I've lost a ton of weight. I shouldn't even be speaking about it cause I do not want a bunch of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I am just simply in a great mood right now and so I'll share the wealth haha.

  3. It's not a ketosis diet unless your fat calories approach 80% or more of your daily caloric intake. Please do not confuse it with other low-carb diets. They do NOT work on the same principals. Do the real deal and you'll feel fantastic (and WILL maintain your muscle mass without 'having to reduce fat in trade for more protein'). If what I'm saying is new to you, that's OK .. continue your studies and good luck to you. 🙂

  4. It is so hard for me to start a keto diet, because as an African we rely on a carbohydrate diet 😂🤦🏽‍♀️ but at least I’ll have to cut down on anything that contains a high amount of carbohydrates.

  5. As an amateur cyclist I have decided to try out the Keto diet in the upcoming offseason. I have already structured my diet to minimize foods the keto diet exclude so it shouldnt be 2 hard to get used to. 🙂

  6. I’m on day 6 and so far I’m good I’m loving it and I’m already starting to lose some weight . Side note” Keto Flu” is a little hard I’m actually going through it right now but going strong so watch out for that

  7. Sweets are very tempting. I got this ebook that a friend of mine shared. I am using this recipe book for atleast a month now and I can actually feel the results without stopping myself eating my favorite sweets and breads.. It can as well help you enhance your cooking and baking skills..
