  1. I decided to do some self experimentation on myself to see if adding more carbs would kick me out of ketosis. I went from 20 to 50 & so far, I have not gained any weight. I don't know if I can keep doing this due to me feeling somewhat guilty about it, but it does feel good to have a few more of the foods I love during this cold season. I need comfort food to stay sane! That means more root veggies, & an occasional Lara Bar! Thanks Sahil for you new meal plans. They give me ideas & that's good 4 me to take my mind off the current events of the day!

  2. I loved your pro tips, especially the one about taking out ingredients and not complaining if the recipe doesn't taste good! Reminds me of recipe sites where people said they made the recipe but substituted this or that, or left out an ingredient they didn't have then rate the recipe low because they didn't like it!
