  1. I am surprised you don't have more subscribers as you have the best keto recipes on youtube.

    My body requires 1150 calories as I want to loose some weight and I am petite.
    I never manage to have the max amount of fat, so I watch the carbs and protein, and when I am full I am full.
    I think it is a bonus if I don't need all the fat to be somehow satisfied.
    Do you think that is OK? The 'doctors' on youtube don't answer these questions.

  2. Some people can eat 100g – 300g of carbs a day and STILL be in ketosis depending on muscle mass and activity level, etc. Get a ketone meter and test yourself, and you'll know exactly how many g you can eat in a day.

  4. Sahil, I have a very small doubt. Keto diet is all about lowering carbs, moderate protein and high fats. This leads to less insulin creation because your body is using fat as a fuel to burn fat. My concern is will this impact my health, like type 2 diabetes or something? Should we completely ditch sugar? I'm 24 years old with 95kgs and 162cm height. Please help! I really look forward to reduce fat and maintain a good Keto lifestyle.

    I have a question about the Shepard's pie- I don't eat beef, so what can I replace that with and how much would the macros come to.
    My daily cal intake is 1257.

My husband is doing about 1,200 calories a day getting it into meals eating 11:30 and then eating at 3:30 and fasting till the next day at 11:30 I'm doing one meal a day 1000 calories I eat from 7 in the morning till 12 in the afternoon trying to get that in fasting till 7 the next morning seems to be working for us right now and we do like you said decrease calories if we start gaining. Your meals have helped us and we fully understand how to get the macros right your chart has really helped us!!!
