  1. That was the best information explained simple and to the point. Not only was it explained what keto is but what to eat, how to train and how not to listen to your brain and stomach when it cries for food. I appreciate this video. Thank you for the help.

  2. As for the effectiveness of building muscle mass, it is definitely a carbohydrate diet + protein
    no. 1.!

    However!

With health, it's a little different. A carbohydrate and high-protein diet is not entirely healthy positive in the long run … (if we take an adult).

Ketosis has a huge application in life, if you take it as a tool, but not for building muscle and sports performance. Ketosis is a tool for regeneration to prepare, to cleanse the body.
Ketosis is a tool that is excellent before the period of building muscle mass where you will be on a predominantly carbohydrate diet with plenty of quality protein. Ketosis is literally a biohack tool.

    How is it in nature?

Animals in the wild are found in ketosis during periods of food shortage. It is, for example, the winter season …
They are in idle mode. Their body regenerates, prepares in spring and summer when they are not in ketosis, because there is enough food, but mainly mating takes place. For example, bears mate from May to August. It is a period when they must gain enough fat to survive the winter again. The bear gives birth in January, February and needs fat stores for her little ones to be able to breastfeed. Do you know what makes fat the best?
From fructose. Blueberries, raspberries and strawberries are also food for bears in the summer season.

"Sugar is a great servant, but a very bad lord."

If you know how to control it properly, it will bring you benefits such as strength, muscles, endurance ….. If not, he will bring you to the grave 100% and kill you.

  3. Hello Daniel,
Thank you for a great details, please i have a questions and hope you give me a minunts of your time to got your answer!
Im walking on my prep for a coming contest which will be after 7 weeks and will stay on Keto plan without any cheat meal or Carb sources, so my questions to you whats your recommendations for the Peak week regarding (Sodium, Water, Fat, Carb loading)
Do you recommend to reload a Carb on the last 2 or 3 days or load a high fat meals !!

    Thanks In advance.

  4. It's great for fat loss but I haven't found this increase in energy. A little of the opposite actually. I'm still a bit new to it so maybe that will change or I will switch on and off based off of fat loss needs.

  5. Lmao "saturated fats are the best fats to eat"
Modern science: "Am I a joke to you?"

Srsly tho, almost all research says saturated fat consumption drives Coronary Heart Disease. I feel so sad for these guys who are so convinced super low carb high fat high protein diets are the way to go, the science couldn't be in more disagreement… 60% carbs (preferably veg, fruit, wholegrains), 20% protein (preferably legumes) 20% mostly healthy fats (preferably again from wholefoods) is the way to go.

  6. I'm keto to the core and the biggest argument I constantly get against keto is that it's not "sustainable". But then the reason why it's not sustainable is always the same…."because I crave carbs". I'm like dude, that doesn't mean it's not sustainable. That just means YOU can't sustain it. It's perfectly sustainable believe me. And the cravings wear off the longer you do it. After a year, just thinking about a piece of cake will make you wanna puke.

  7. I love all these people who know how and what early humans ate. They were so healthy that they did not live much past 40. Keto…..It’s all good until the next big discovery. I just watched a video on Alzheimer’s and they said saturated fat causes it……Fuck off doctors.
