  14. First of all, when I see Mark Hyman, I know that nonsense will follow. Anyway, that aside, if "carbs" are a problem, why do some people eat high "carbs" (which is never defined, but I'm referring to whole food carbs) and up to 15% of their calories from fat and reverse Type 2 Diabetes? This eating style can also improve insulin sensitivity for Type 1 Diabetics, too. See the "Mastering Diabetes" channel. I don't follow any diet religion anymore, because all dogma breaks down at some point.
