  1. I was shocked to see the distinct lack of oil used in this recipe. Low carb, and relatively low satfat, too! Still to be eaten responsibly of course, but a reduction to nutrient costs is a reduction to nutrient costs!

  3. Ok, I’ll be the first to admit that I am not familiar with the keto diet, so I don’t know why you cut the dough into 4 pcs to roll into a tortilla size only to cut the triangles. Have you tried rolling the dough into a log, then squeezing the log into one long triangular shape, then cutting into slices?
