Here is the week 1 menu of the Keto Rewind TOTAL CARB Challenge. Please note this is a 5 day meal plan. I will post a weekly meal plans with different keto recipes tracking TOTAL CARBS for each week of August. I don’t have time to film on the weekends right now so please grab some of your favorite recipes from the CLEAN 30 to fill in for the weekends.

  3. Hey Guys,

    I was hoping anybody might be able to help me regarding Carb Manager please!

    When I put in amounts it rounds it up! For example, if it is 1.5g carbs it rounds it up to 2g and if it 0.5g carbs it rounds it up to 1g. Whilst this might seem a lot it adds up over a day. I have tried to manually change this but it doesn’t let me. Has anyone else found the same problem?

    I have just added another item and it rounded it up from 2.5 g of carbs to3 g of carbs. It also does this with fat or any of the other components which really makes the day’s total incorrect.

    Would love to hear any advice regarding this 😊

  5. Hi Jess, wanted to touch base with you about "Carb Manager". I entered my 1st day of foods & calculated my Macro's, then went to pint to see exactly what I had accomplished. Everything disappeared! Did you have to purchase the "Premium" version to be able to do everything you do? If you could let me know by a short comment on your next rewind Youtube. Thanks so much. I wasn't going to spend the money unless it was really necessary. I do like the way it tracks your Macro's! This will be my 2nd attempt to start the Keto Lifestyle. The 1st time I did not research enough to know what was happening to my body. I had the keto-flu the whole time. I was never a salt eater and it never dawned on me it was the lack of sodium that made me feel so fatigued. I feel so much more prepared this time, thanks to you my dear❣️Now I know what a Macro is, also that if a person is having trouble absorbing the Grass Fed Bovine Collagen your body needs vitamin C. That I learned from Medical Doctor reports. So if you would be so kind, let me know if the investment is needed.. Thank You again, and let me know when you get back here to Texas..   6. I'm a little confused about this challenge. What is the total carb number to stay under? I just got good with net carbs lol. And I need a pep talk. I'm losing interest . fasting is becoming hard, and boring. I work 3rd shift so I'm not eating after 8p. I'm tired of the water all night at work. I go home hungry and tired so I sleep till about noon or 1 and break my fast. Maybe this new challenge will give me a boost. Idk. I'm still hanging strong and lost 27 but feel like I'm getting tired. I dont wanna go backwards. Talk to me 🙋🏼‍♀️
