Your simple to make, and delicious recipes, have made sticking to keto easier, and super enjoyable.   4. Hey Sahil … I've been thoroughly following your Keto diet plan and have lost 4 Kgs at the end of my second week and food is deeeelicious. Just one thing is it ok sometimes or actually for last week or so I'm pretty satisfied with just 2 meals usually breakfast and lunch keeps me going just fine and like you said don't eat if your not hungry right? Is this ok?

  5. Starting week 3 tomorrow, week 1 was easy lost about 6 pounds. Week 2 was a little harder eggs are getting boring and I needed something sweet I ate keto banana bread. But still lose 4 more pounds. Ready for week 3 no chicken YAY!! I love these recipes they are very simple and budget friendly.

  7. I'm currently on my fourth week but I had to amend my 2nd week plan as I couldn't manage everything from week 2. I used recipes from your book Keto Life, so it's all good. I lost 1 kg in the first week but suspect it was water weight. I lost 1%body fat too though. I've been back at the gym and actually put on a small bit of weight but anticipate that being muscle forming more than anything. Thanks for the guide.
