1. u tried it for 3 days and u think u have tried keto hahaha.. girl u need to go at least 3-6 months to feel the super power and energy of ketoses it give the body :/ and also u need to measure that as a proof or else u are just messing around.

Any tips on how I can make sure I am eating the right amount? Also, in your video the string beans and tofu came to 338 cal?? Can you break that down, that seems high for just beans and tofu.
