So I had ALOT of misconceptions about the keto diet and it caused me to not lose weight on a ketogenic diet or I felt bad …I’ve done my research and changed some things ,this video will help anywho is stalling or not losing or simply ready to stop the keto diet! WATCH this BEFORE you quit keto!


  1. With age, losing weight is getting more difficult. Time seems to be less and less as well lol. My goal is to lose 40 lbs total. I tried with diet plans with moderate work out. Also been trying out supplements from Vanguard Formulas, so far I’ve lost 15 LBS! Gotta keep on going!

  3. My mother needs to watch this cuz she not listening to me 🤦‍♀️ she think it’s ok to binge eat everything in sight as long as it falls under “keto” accepted food. She over eats substitute sugar instead of breaking habit and “treat meals” once a week! It’s super irritating when she complains about not losing any weight ugh. Idk know what to say to her to help anymore!! she excuses herself for everything. I don’t wanna give up on her journey but idk what to do anymore.

  4. I'm going keto as soon as our next grocery haul is due. (Tomorrow). And I'm almost grateful I am allergic to nuts. Cuz I'm forced to avoid all the keto-fied foods that call for nut flour or nuts. Needless to say I'll be eating a lot of avocados (which I don't mind).

  6. I’ve just started keto. I’ve slowly lost weight, I have been measuring by my uniform pants. I’m so excited because I know the slower you lose the weight, then more easy it is to keep off. Anyway, I’ve stopped IF because I feel so dizzy all the time, especially in the mornings.
