  1. Do you have suggestions about starting a keto diet while on blood thinner? My dad just got put on them today but we wanted to start a keto diet. Being on blood thinners restricts what kinds of vegetables he can have.

  2. I've tried keto diet for two months and I have to say the difference in the way I feel is huge. Usualy I feel a lot of pain and stiffnes in the morning and my obility to move my arms, like trying to move my arm behind my back, that is something I can' t do or it is very hard and painful. But since I'm on keto diet all of that is 90% better in other words almost totally gone. And I started noticing the difference very fast on my third day of keto diet, also a hughe change for me is the level of energy that I have. Before this I was going to work and strait to bed I was just constantly so tired that I could just sleep all day long and still be tired. Now I wake up easy in the morning and I have so much energy and my mind is so sharp, while before it was hard for me to even think it was as if my brain was full of fog and I couldnt find my way out. I expected some difference but so hughe never if someone told me that it is possible to feel the way I fell now there is no way I would have belived it. It's just incredible thank you.

  3. Just got done grocery shopping and I haven't ate anything since last Thursday/TG. 96 hour fast w/ water/minerals, teas, coffee, nothing with any significant cals. Normally OMAD. AARP and down 70 lbs and healthier than I was at 25-50 yrs old. Breaking fast tomorrow with Kettle and Fire Bone Broth, lean turkey, over-steamed broccoli. Eating slow also. Learned the hard way not to just "pig out."

  4. I bought your book and in starting to read it. I had my gallbladder removed 5 years ago. I am wondering if the high fat will cause me problems. I am living with cancer and when I heard about your mom I really want to try keto.
