  1. Surprisingly (bc Dr Fung tends to 'overexplain) incomplete description of Diabetes type I vs Type II. Type I is when the body produces no insulin, Type II is when the body 'resists' insulin and therefore must produce more or exogenously supplement the supply to gobble up the excess blood glucose.
If you can suffer through the awful audio quality and the numerous interruptions this video is worthwhile.

  2. Woman he is aiming at knocking out diabetes because insuline and metformin knocks out kidnies. Kidnies can't heal. Liver does. Lupus you need phello diet and rid all Fungus in your body. Increase bioms with probiotics. The diet improves autoimmune.

  3. What amazes me the amount of interviews Dr Fung can do on I.F. and Type2/D., without getting jaded. I feel he’s the modern saviour of the medical world, because of the destructive wingspan of Type2/D. He’s going to end up being so revered for his life’s work.

  4. Dr. Jason Fung is the best out there on weight loss and fasting.. He should be listened to and not interrupted.. This title is not correct… It's not about the Keto Diet at all… The title should be changed to accurately reflect the topic…

  5. What are some ways to solve your erectile dysfunction problem? I read loads of good opinions on the net about how exactly Erectodom Secrets will help you last longer in bed. Has any one tested out this popular erectile dysfunction treatment?

  6. Old enough to remember Dr.Carlton Fredericks and Dr Atkins…..Dr.Fredericks suggested to take Glycerin which is fatty acid thats super sweet which will satisfy cravings for sweets .Can get food grade Glycerin through Amazon. ..Whipped cream has zero or 1 gram of carbs and its super sweet as another good substitute.

  7. lost 40 lbs in 6.5 months and my husband lost 50 in the same amount of time. We employed time restriction but ate like a boss. Bo Jangles fried chicken, Chipotle, Cinnabon, doughnuts, Arby's McDonalds, Wendys, Chic Fil A, pizza and lots of home cooked meals as well. Put real sugar in our coffee and tea. Had soda occasionally. No alcohol. I'm telling ya, it's not about calories, it's really about time restriction. I am beyond thrilled. This is no diet. I eat what ever I want, in a one hour window, lol!

  9. I live in the USA. In San Antonio, Texas. I am a Type 1.5 diabetic, and not one of my physicians recognize your methods as viable. Not my PCP, not my Endocrinologist . Can you suggest, do you know of any physicians in the USA who are using your methods with insulin-dependent diabetes?

  10. I love you and have your books.. I have had diabetes for 30 years. I have had retinopathy for four. I have to disagree that retinopathy can't be reversed. I have researched this. Most people with this disease follow protocol of sad diet be and drugs. I believe with the keto diet and fasting retinopathy and neuropathy can be reversed in time. I will definitely let you know when it does.
