2. 1 tbsp Psyllium Husk
3. 1/4 tsp Salt
4. 2 tsp Olive Oil

  1. Thanks, loved this, great for hot dogs with chili. Btw, if anybody else is like me, mine tend to tear in a skillet ; so I microwave each one 1-2 minutes, then place on electric grill for nice grill lines. Cheers.
