  1. Yeah, trust me this is not an excuse, but I do NOT have time to walk 3-4 hours in the morning.wouldnt jogging / running burn more fat anyways ? Like If I just start jogging a mile in the morning, could I just do that instead?

  2. Had the weird feeling like I was on drugs earlier, a pleasant high. Been on this keto with IF routine for one month, seems like I'm just starting to get used to it, suffered a lot with insomnia, constipation and stress for most of the first month.

  3. I figured out the easiest way not to eat outside my 8-hour eating window while Intermittent Fasting. I take my teeth out after dinner at 6 PM, and I don't put them back in until my first meal at 10 AM the next morning. lol

Hi I am from England I fast Mondays Thursdays since 15 years ago I have never went to doctor I have never have any sickness everything in my body working perfectly I sleep good I eat good I don’t get stressed I don’t get tired I feel unbelievable good when I fast I am very very very happy Should every doctor advise the patient to fast twice a week this is the best medicine on the planet

  6. I am about to start keto tomorrow. I did it a year ago and only lost 15lbs in 4 months. I was tired all the time, constipated and my hair and nails were brittle. I keep hearing that I did it wrong. I did buy the shakes and I’m hoping to replace two meals in a day to simplify my macro ratios. Has anyone else used shakes?

  7. So During the time I can eat is it only one meal? Or can I add in one snack during that time period? and because this would mean I'm taking in an extremely less amount of calories than a normal day, do portions and food matter?

    Just figuring out the things okay and not okay to do… and trying to learn about this first. Thanks!

  8. i’m a week into a 16:8 IF, working out 5 days a week but not limiting my diet. (living at home and eating what is made for the household limits my food options and also being at school for 75% of my days also limits my options.) I hope to come back to this comment a few pounds lighter.
