  1. I've done both…but I find my day goes better when I have my bulletproof coffee before my workout….which makes it not a true "fasted " workout…but I find that when I do keto…I listen to my body…but I've been on and off keto for over 8 years…so my adaptive abilities are off the chart…let's me know if I wanna cycle keto, do junk keto etc…I'm a traveling musician so keto is difficult if I don't have time to prep…so I cycle in and out of veggie based keto and a mixture of meat and eggs based keto(also with veggies…but I felt my best when I did the Vince giranda steak and eggs diet…I was eating 2 to 3 sticks of butter per day…2-4 lbs of meat and a dozen eggs easy…

  2. I am doing intermittent fasting of OMAD and alternately doing extended 48-hour fasting to reversed my type-2 diabetes. I lose weight of 20 kg+ and my blood sugar has normalized. I am following a high-fat, low carb diet with moderate protein. I am not a vegetarian, so I eat meat, vegetable and drink whole cow's milk, sometimes grass-fed whole cow's milk. Although I noticed that my blood sugar has normalized, my LDL cholesterol has increased considerably. Is it because of the high-fat diet?
