  1. Hello mam, I'm doing Keto this is my 7th day I'm having random joint pains (body me alag alag jagah pain hai )n red rashes. What should I need to do. What other things I have to add in my meal. I'm having eggs, green leafy vegetables, eggplant, tomatoes, but not having almond walnut n pulses.

  2. if you eat that much its not going to work, you guys might eventually feel weak/muscle fatigue. instead eat one or two meals a day in short window( 4-6hrs ) also don't eat soybean and you can eat ghee as much as u want, just be mindful about calories if u want to lose weight. remember, FASTING CAN HELP REDUCE WEIGHT WHILE YOU ARE IN KETO, BUT EATING LESS SEVERAL TIMES WILL NOT IT WILL MAKE YOU WEAK AND LOSE MUSCLE.

  3. Guys I don't recommend this
    She is suggesting to take 280 grams of panner each day. We you shouldn't eat because of the protein and carb in that
    Doesn't allow to continue the ketosis.
    If you feel hungry just drink water in the middle no need to have 4 meals per day
