Hi payal, I m following your vegeterian keito deit, and I m in my 3rd week, but I have not lost significant weight as of today, I was going through ur keito flu vedio, I have not come across major symptoms of keito flu in my 2 weeks. Just wanted to know whether I am in keitos or not… kindly clarify whether the symponts and formation of keitons in body delay for few people specifically who follows vegetarian keito diet..

    i follow 6 days workout schedule and that is very intense . can i take whey protein with your indian keto plan ? if yes then protein ratio will increase alot. do help on this .
