  1. This video is good for (especially) young people who are prone to dieting incorrectly. I think the point of the video was to discourage her audience from starting a diet purely from googling something on the internet. She actually proves in this video (whether it was intentional or not) that simply googling a diet is not good enough. You need to get proper info from professionals and have a talk with your doctor if you’re wanting to make massive changes to your diet & lifestyle.

  2. Omg! I agree with you. I was gonna start the keto diet today. My first keto meal at lunch coz I’m on an intermittent fast. I started feeling weak and dizzy after my meal. I didn’t know what was happening. Luckily I was at home. I’m not continuing with this diet, instead gonna continue eating a healthy balanced diet coz I also need energy for working out.

  3. It would help if you actually did it right. Fat is a lever, you use it for energy. To low electrolytes you will feel sick and fatigued, you will have massive headaches.
    Keto isn't the cause, electrolytes deficiency is the cause of most of your symptoms. Which wouldn't have been so bad if you did the absolute bare minimum of research of how to actually do it. It's ridiculous to share your view, trying to stop people from doing keto. When you didn't even take the correct actions to actually do keto. A poorly conducted experiment.

  4. all the negative things happen because you’re going through sugar and carb withdrawal, it lasts maybe a week and its your body turning fat instead of glucose to your bodys main energy source and in the end you have more energy than if it were still glucose thats why you lose so much weight

  5. I'm sorry… but the number one most annoying thing i watched in the video was how you complained about how much you were starving. You're not even trying to fast or anything like that so I don't fucking understand why you just couldn't eat then cry wolf because apparently keto makes you feel like shit. Shove a fucking egg down your throat if you're that damn hungry instead of starving and misinforming your viewers that you feel like shit because of keto. Of course everyone goes through it differently but how are you to not do your research? Because if you did, you'd understand it doesn't take 1 week to be "Keto".

    I noticed you also didn't do this for any health benefits. You just wanted to "Try it so we didn't have to" as if it some sort of fad diet you'd think would work in a week like a pill lol. You're shitting on someone's lifestyle because some people can literally only function on Keto for health reasons. Unsubscribed.

  6. I am doing this diet to lose the weight I wanna lose quick and it’s working pretty well for me. Iike yeah I have less energy and my stomach hurts but I get over it and I’m kinda used to it now. I think u were a little dramatic but different bodies respond differently to these diets.

  7. You should try this again, but focus on the high fats, moderate protein and low carbs. Maybe even count your macros. And really do your research before you do it. I started it only when I really understood what I was getting into. I’m on day three, and I’m doing my best to avoid the keto flu, so far it’s been alright. But I’m already seeing results (water weight to start) but this diet can really do a lot for you. And it doesn’t need to be a forever thing. But it does set you up for success. You do really learn to kick cravings, and you learn how to eat healthy, and then you can apply it later. Good luck on your journey. 😄

  8. I would love to see you try this again but properly! You can have some carbs and there are keto friendly sweets you can eat! You shouldn't be hungry eating keto! Also if you do it right you shouldnt get the keto flu!
