  4. i follow intermittent fasting in which i take black coffee with olive oil and peanut butter. after am i take cheese omlet than about 3pm taking green tea in dinner taking butter fried chicken with mayonnaise and cabbage made in cheese. is it ok? plz reply plz plz

    I am ketosis from last 4 days. Number of ketones is high. But gained 1 kg , I don't understand why. Plz suggest me something and how to reduce ketones. Are they normal in high content

Very informative video.I'D LIKE TO SHARE MY STORY .I tried keto for 3 months almost.For the beginners it might be little difficult our body tends to deal with the whole new diet system.I made sure to check my macro intake as well as water intake which include 4-5 liter per day.The very first week i had keto flu which is normal i guess,i felt exhausted during that period but i lost weight immediately.The weight loss i had within 2 weeks is the water weight loss then slowly my body started getting into the ketosis.I also had cheat meals twice a month.There are certain things that i have noticed during the keto diet i had a major hairfall,i hardly felt starved,cooking can be a very big deal unless you depend upon on eggs.Last but not the least WATER INTAKE IS MUST, so those who are looking forward to the keto diet,you can try unless you have any health issues. GOOD LUCK WITH THE DIET.
