  1. I really appreciate everyone's comments regarding whether certain things ARE of ARE NOT Keto-Friendly. I'm starting keto again after being off of it for a while and I actually came down into the comments to see what people had to say about those tortillas (because of the wheat). I used to be very strict when it came to what was and wasn't "keto-friendly" and I ended up giving up after only a few weeks or so, sometimes sooner. I think you're absolutely right! There are some modified foods out there like those tortillas that may not technically be considered keto-friendly based on the ingredients, but I think it can work for some people depending on how it affects them and their blood markers when using ketone and glucose test strips. I guess everyone will only know once they've tried it in conjunction with their standard keto foods!

  2. I watch a lot of your videos early in the morning when everyone else in the house is still sleeping. After Matt started my Alexa playing Don't Go Chasing Waterfalls at full volume though, I think everyone else is up 😂

  3. All I keep seeing people eating for veggies is broccoli, salads, cauliflower, avocados. This is crazy, no way I can do this for life! Even adding just spinach, any green leaf greens, green beans. It’s not enough choice! I love carrots, melon. I’m understanding I can’t eat that!

  4. Ahhh. I wish you guys would come to Canada and see just how Keto unaware our grocery stores are. I actually saw a cauliflower crust for pizza a month ago for the first time. It was about the size of a small pizza crust and "only" cost about $15.00. (I was being sarcastic).
    I love the show but it definetly doesnt include those of us outside the US.

  6. While these are great low carb recipes, keeping carbs under 20 to stay in ketosis isn't the same as a keto diet. Call it the keto police or whatever you want to but many of us who are on this diet use keto as a way to reduce inflammation that causes other health issues. It's not just about weight loss. I guess calling it keto just gets ya more views these days…

  7. Video idea…test how these low carb tortillas effect your blood sugar. My theory is that you can't just add gratuitous fiber to quick carbs to reduce the net carbs. I don't think fiber blocks or slows the absorption of starch unless they are still bound up together. The answer might provide some direction to the argument.
