  1. Thank you, Denise!!! I had to come back to this one, again, to regroup! I was doing great, but had a family scare that I allowed to knock me off focus! I was at a hospital, waiting & I had my green smoothie & bulletproof coffee already & drank water whenever my old emotional eating habit came. I can’t lie, I was praying for my loved one, but worry was still there! Someone brought chocolate doughnut holes for the family & I didn’t want any until the late evening! I ate 3. They tasted nasty 🤢 too much sugar! I felt bad for eating them! But I was determined not to stay stuck & continue eating the wrong things!! Well, those 3 donut holes triggered something inside me, because I ate a slice of sourdough bread that I bake for my family! The next day, I ate a few fries & a bacon cheeseburger without the bun. It was so nasty to me, because I’m now used to eating clean & preparing my own meals! I hadn’t had restaurant food in over 30 days! But now I am craving my old comfort candies & ate some! Smh Just a hot mess! I was doing so well, even at family gatherings with cake & bread I did great! Sadness triggered something in me.
    How do I get back on track? Did you ever go back to eating wrong after you began Keto? 30 days of no sugar & very low carb & then I fall off & fall off hard! I need to get myself together, because my tummy hurts now!!! 😞
