  1. n operation is not the way to go for me. I am 65 and I need to find a way to get rid of the lose skin before it starts to hang on me. I am terrified of that thought!!! I have that deep belly look that scares everyone to look at. So, I went on Keto and lose very slowly and go off it because of that fright. Can you help me? Liz in Kemptville, Ottawa, Canada.   2. This is fantastic. I’ve been doing a keto diet for 4 weeks. I’ve been really strict. I’ve done the whole30 every year for the past 4 years, so I’m used to the discipline aspect and weeding things out. I have noticed a decrease in appetite over the last few weeks, but I haven’t seen a lot of weight loss. Neither has my wife. Maybe 5 lbs. each. Maybe. I feel like the issue is getting enough fat every day. 75-80% seems hard to do. I think we’re eating more protein and not enough fat. Carbs are very low. Aside from eating a stick of butter, how can one get more fat? Thanks.

  3. I want to start keto but as someone who doesn't have the financial resources to purchase a keto app at this time. I have no idea how to keep up with macros. I have the beginners simple keto grocery list and snack list. I like to keep things simple. I have no idea how many calories a day I need or if I am supposed to eat 2 or 3 meals a day or if sugar or sweeteners are allowed and how much. I so need this because I'm severely overweight and have several health issues , also borderline diabetic. I also heard your supposed to take supplements for your gallbladder before starting keto or it can do serious damage. I need help because I have no idea how to start.

  4. Hi Tara, I just found your videos. Very interesting. I am interested in trying keto. My question is portion size? How much do you eat? Do I have to count something? The easier for me the better. I would appreciate any input on how to make going keto easier. Thanks, Robin.

  5. Maltodextrine cause my first plateau after starting keto. In 5 weeks: lost 3 ounces. There are so many gotchas in grocery stores. She's right! Do the research first. Read the ingredients label. You'll save time and $$$$. I've been keto 33 weeks now. 86 Lbs down. Burned twice by the food industry. Find out the ingredients in your over the counter medicines too. They'll burn you too.

  6. For electrolyte drink, mix:
    1 liter of water
    1 teaspoon of Himalayan or Sea Salt
    1/2 teaspoon of Baking Soda
    1 tablespoon of Raw Organic Honey
    1 lime juice
    You can add more limes if you want.
