I have eaten a high carb diet all my life. I have no weight or health issues & have more energy then meat eaters.
So I’m 85 lbs 4”10 and I’m 26 yrs old, I’m am not trying to lose weight AT ALL. But I heard keto diet is good for mental stability… can I still follow the diet with out loosing weight?
