  1. I was 288, now 183 thx to keto. I decided to go to 120g carbs a day and 170g carbs per day to help build back some lean muscle and only increases calories by 200 per day up to 1800 a day. Did slow increase, but definitely gaining water weight and losing visibility of the lower abs 😩 Never thought id say it, but i kinda miss keto. Will probably go back to keto in Jan or sooner.

Keto was working well re weight loss and energy, mind clarity etc and felt really satiated but the smell of ketones May me feel awful and lack of sleep too…knowing how many carbs etc r in fruit etc am a bit anxious to go off… keto there’s a lot of control and now feel a bit all over the place…still want to lose a little more without starving!

  3. Wasn't a fan of meat before keto and now after two weeks I feel so nauseated at the thought of more meats. And I'm only doing omad. Plus having acid reflux, which is not right. But lost 14 lbs. Think its time to go vegan. Decided to water fast for at least 24hrs and then leave the meat behind.

  5. I was on keto for 3 months and lost about 50 pounds. I then got off of it and gained 25 pounds back. I’m now on it again and trying to find the best way for me to approach getting off of keto once I’ve hit my weight goal again without gaining weight again. Thanks for the video!

  6. Im quitting after 4wks. Felt like shit tryna transition to keto. It's not sustainable for me. Had a slice of bread n 2 tbsp of oats n had so much trouble digesting it. Smh. Am I suppose to lower my fat and raise my protein and carbs when coming off?

  7. When I was on keto I didn't experience any mental benefits that some people rave about. I did lose weight but my energy was lower than my normal. Lost hair. Also at the end of the day I used to crave sweets and carbs because I was carb deprived. Now that I'm adding back more carbs in small amouns like oats, beans, fruit, I don't have those cravings as much.

  8. I’m kinda caught in a pickle. I’ve lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks doing keto and don’t plan on stopping soon but I’m going to Colorado for the holidays and I’m gonna be hanging out with my best friends and one of my best friends is coming home from the army so we are gonna be going out a lot and what not so I’m debating if I should cheat or not

  9. I was 390 and I am now 260, I want to leave keto because I want to build some mucle and get some tone. My plan was to get to 210 and being 50 pounds away, I always wonders if I should add protein and carbs to my diet.
