  1. I have a question.. It might sound silly but I'm new on keto… I wana know that if I fast for around 15 hours n then I have an eating window of 9 hours,do I have to divide my meals into 2 mains or 3 ? In order to fit all my macros in.. If anyone can help me with that please

  2. Thanks for the info bro, I've started Keto and Intermittent Fasting (well I thought I was fasting) 27 days ago. I've lost 25lbs. already and that's with out exercising. I stared 16/8 and 2-3 days a week I'm only doing OMAD, but I have been doing a bulletproof coffee every morning. That stops today, black coffee only. Thanks again.

  3. I intermittent fast for 21 hours , 3-6 pm I only eat , just steak or chicken with broccoli or great value vegetables , doesn’t have to be fuxking straight vegetables from earth πŸ™ƒ , and if I do get hungry I make home eggs or mainly Greek yogurt when I feel hungry 😐😐😐
