I tried many products in the past but most of them don’t really work…. Getting a healthy diet plan and being motivated is the most important key. Best diet ever it works people i been on it 7 months and going i lost all the baby weight it works im 157 cm height started the diet at 66 kg(143 pounds) im now 48 kg(105.82 pounds) I didn't exercises nothing because i haven t had time only the diet…for some it s not much for me it s life changeing😎😍
yes watch the butter and meats.. Just saying and eat reasonably.. I think anyone can loose weight eating the right amount of all the foods at the right times. Moderation.. And no hi cholesterol food ummm!!!

This was the most irresponsible show I've ever seen. ABC promoted a HIGH FAT, HIGH CHOLESTEROL diet which promotes obesity, cancer, diabetes and heart disease. Amy Robach, you should know better. You, as a breast cancer survivor, should steer clear of dairy and fats (animal products) as they promote cancer.
