  1. I tried many products in the past but most of them don’t really work…. Getting a healthy diet plan and being motivated is the most important key. I lost 20 LBs in a month and half with my workout routine, meal plan. I am also taking a natural supplement from Vanguard Formulas. It’s been awesome. Need to lose another 10 lbs!

  4. The body will burn dietary fats (the fat you eat) before starting to burn any body fat, so if you don't restrict calories you will not lose any weight, keto or not.

  5. Notice the amount of Quack Doctors with backgrounds that include actions from the FTC for promoting fake products etc. If you get rid of processed food you're going to lose weight. And exercise. You don't need to put your body on a KETO diet.

Best diet ever it works people i been on it 7 months and going i lost all the baby weight it works im 157 cm height started the diet at 66 kg(143 pounds) im now 48 kg(105.82 pounds) I didn't exercises nothing because i haven t had time only the diet…for some it s not much for me it s life changeing😎😍

  7. yes watch the butter and meats.. Just saying and eat reasonably.. I think anyone can loose weight eating the right amount of all the foods at the right times. Moderation.. And no hi cholesterol food ummm!!!

  9. Maybe I am the only person that is confuse how this works by eating lots butter and eggs and sausage and still loose weight? I mean com on I ate that all my life and how you think I got to 300 Ib .

  10. I have been on the Keto diet since March 2017 and down almost 30lbs. But the number one reason to be on the diet, is because I feel great. I suffered from gut issues, anxiety, hormonal womanly time issues, rash out breaks for years. And now all symptoms seem to have seized. The best feeling in the world. Thank you for sharing and letting others know about Keto

  11. Started at 239 pounds and I'm at 187 now after 6 months, the Ketogenic lifestyle has changed my life! Anxiety and depression are gone and incredible mental clarity! I also noticed I can run longer and recover much faster.

  12. This was the most irresponsible show I've ever seen. ABC promoted a HIGH FAT, HIGH CHOLESTEROL diet which promotes obesity, cancer, diabetes and heart disease. Amy Robach, you should know better. You, as a breast cancer survivor, should steer clear of dairy and fats (animal products) as they promote cancer.
