HOW I LOST WEIGHT: The Keto Diet and Intermittent Fasting

In this video I will share with you my weight loss journey and how I’ve lost almost 15 lbs on the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting. The Keto diet is a low carb, high fat diet that has changed my life. The past couple months have not been easy but its been worth it. My outlook on food is completely different. I consider keto and I don't know I'm trying to see how people's experiences and see what happens and whatnot because I want to try it and I don't want to waste my money on it ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ’ฏ but I feel bad about it because I never did this so be careful with these kind of pills or scams a lot and they're full of garbage but they're lot's that do work and I'm not judgmental about it and I'm looking at other people's experience and seeing how this might work for me yay

  2. This quarantine has been a blessing in disguise for me. It forced me to cook everything I eat and more healthier that way. No junk food, drink plenty of water and been taking supplements from Vanguard Formulas combined with home work out. So far I am down 20 pounds!

  3. Lmao having college and school made me realize that we really do eat alot since I'd come from school/college tired only eating lunch at 6 pm or sth and that's it (including having breakfast in the morning ofc)

  5. Iโ€™ve been doing intermittent fasting for 9 months…. I have lost 15lbs and I have a lot of energy. Donโ€™t think Iโ€™m ever going back to 3 meals unless occasions. I have incorporated as a lifestyle, breakfast and lunch and i might snack on almonds or fruits if Iโ€™m hungry but rarely

  6. There is an app I use to help with my keto diet (carb manager) and for intermittent fasting(body fast). These apps help sooo sooo much!!! Especially with the carb manager, it tells you what foods are keto friendly, it helps keep you in check on your macros and it has some recipes you can use that are keto friendly๐Ÿ˜Š

  7. hey i just wanted to know if you eat anything for lunch because you mentioned your bullet proof coffee for breakfast and then the green shake but is that it? Like do you only have these two things the whole day? Im asking because im worried if i am eating too much

I been doing keto for one so far already down 7 pounds i went from eating almost 4000 calories a day to like 1800 somtimes less since keto n i dont even be hungry like yesterday i had to force myself to eat and i went all the way to dang near 8pm before i forced myself to eat 8 party wings (air fried) and a salad…great video love your make up colors!!

  12. I love intermittent fasting and keto…. its amazing how we have been told the wrong things all along and when we have figured it out how wonderful you feel. I've been Keto for about 6 weeks and has lost approximately 15 lbs. Congrats and keep up the good work!!!
