  4. Hi, I’m trying to do keto OMAD for lent. My fear is that I will be stuffed if I eat all of the macros at one time that the App I use states I need. Should I just ignore the macros except the carbs and eat until satiated?

  5. This goes against everything that we've been told about eating🙃 I'm really not a vegetable eater but I also forced myself to eat more veggies when I started my weightloss journey. Is it still healthy to not eat veggies at all and just eat protein and fat?

  6. I too started this journey to resolve pain in my feet. I lost 30 lbs and my feet no longer hurt. The arthritis in my thumb no longer bothers me. The pain in my body because of inflammation is gone and the added benefit was weight loss❣️You are beautiful awesome😍
