Weight loss is such a stressful thing to try to accomplish. You want to drop 70 pounds but your body continues to store. Is it possible to force your body to lose weight?
You may be able to for weight loss for a short period of time but in the long run, your body will do what is healthy. So what do you do? Learn what actually causes fat loss and then apply it.

Good work your like fasting in between I started doing this and my blood sugars dropped within two weeks My reasons started with the same issue health issue my eyes I started focusing on getting eys better reducing carbs dropped insulin levels lost weight I was not concerned with weight loss just eye issues regarding my blood sugar Anthony from Toronto I needed to take eye needels for a while last year only 2 WATCH THE CARBS FOLKS AND DO FASTING IN BETWEEN

Just out of curiosity…why only 20 carbs and not 30 or 50? This is very low even on a low carb/high fat eating regimen.

This goes against everything that we've been told about eating🙃 I'm really not a vegetable eater but I also forced myself to eat more veggies when I started my weightloss journey. Is it still healthy to not eat veggies at all and just eat protein and fat?
