I think that young actress died for some other reason and probably any of nutritionist took this opportunity to put something against keto… Because as per we know after discovered of keto many nutritionists become jobless specially the Indians….

    Obsession with blood glucose is bad.

    Fruits are crucial for good health.

Been Keto for over 3 years, and not only do I credit it for my metabolic health being better than it was 20 yrs ago, but I also truly believe it was the reason that my Covid infection resulted in a light cough and nothing more, and I was fully back to normal within 8 days. I cringe when I think about how I would have handled Covid in my pre-keto days being overweight and pre-diabetic.
