  1. Whey protein now became fashion , it is the underwear of all the drinks with lots of processing from milk to powder u are drinking it.
    Chicken is also come in same category, dont know what injection chicken to grow and we eat same egg come.

    I am non veg but still i don't like eating running with protein with some good diet in indian veg needed, do u have ?

I am a Bengali and l have put on weight but all the other members in my family are slim so l am right now in third day of my keto and it has become so much difficult for me to follow because l have to cook for myself separately and l have studies as well as l am a student. But cooking isn't the fact only the main fact that you are eating separately and my dad just made a fuss out of nothing for making separate food ( just for making chicken separately,as chicken is considered to be a good delicacy) so he just thought I am those mean girl who cooks delicious food for herself and doesn't bother about other family members.

  6. if you're not seing much results from my bhai's awesome video, try to lower the protein intake and high the fat intake. so make it 75% fat and 20%protein and 5%carbs for macros and you'll see massive results. and also i can't emphasize veggies enough either, it's so important to get all the vitamins and minerals our body lacks. and trust me that fiber will help you with constipation and headaches and migraines and also drink almost a gallon of water.

  7. Guys. lost crazy amounts of weight doesn't need to be hard (I used to think it did). I'll give you some advice now. I should not even be speaking about it cause I do not really want a lot of other guys out there running the same game but whatever.
