  1. Even though this topic of sugar and crave eating may not seem like great things to talk about, I'm so happy you do. I did so well in the beginning of my low carb, low sugar Keto-friendly path, and then over the months I find myself slipping more and more. And I know that this is just part of being human. But sometimes I look at others and I assume they're rockin' these flawless lives everyday, with no cravings and perfect adherence to their values and stated goals. And I'm just a weak-willed loser caving into the advertising and the food culture around her. And to some extent, that's true. It IS my choice to go out to eat, or get a coffee, and support those places and the underlying food system that in turn supports them. But…I am only human. And when you share these podcasts, I don't feel so alone in my falls. Thanks for sharing. (: <3

  2. I am so excited, your book just arrived in my mailbox today! Been following you for quite awhile now and recently started the Keto diet! I have brought my A1c down from 10 to 5.4. My doctor took me off of one of my diabetic meds this month!
