  6. It is impossible for Keto diet to cause Kidney Failure!!.. Keto diet can only reverse bad Kidney condition by suppressing Insulin!!

    Keto diet could cause Kidney Stones though.. but this can be mitigated by just having a Sugarless simple Lemon juice everyday..

  16. சார் வணக்கம்.. நானும்அரசு செவிலியர் தான்….எனக்கு சிலவருடங்களாக எடை அதிகமாக உள்ளது..110கிலோ.. இப்போது பேலியோ டயட் எடுத்து கொண்டு உள்ளேன்….எடையும்5கலோ வரை18நாட்களில் குறைத்துள்ளேன்… Blood test செய்து தான் டாக்டர் கிட்ட கேட்டு தான் செய்கிறேன்…எனது மகனுக்கு147கிலோ எடை..அவனும் பேலியோ டயட் எடுத்து இப்போது10கிலோ வரை குறைத்து விட்டான்…..எக்சர்சைஸ் செய்யமாட்டேன் என்கிறான்..ஜிம் போக சொல்லலாமா…தயவு செய்து கூறுங்கள்
