Artichoke hearts are different from Jerusalem Artichokes.I consume both though the bottled Jars of artichoke hearts are italian in origin soaked in extravirgin olive oil,salt etc .Just a nice salad delicacy. As per the Israel's /Palestine 's Sunchoke or Jerusalem Artichokes,these are purchased as organic prebiotic fibre .Also,Hyperbiotics include organic green banana powder ,organic Jerusalem Artichoke prebiotic powder and Acacia wood fibre as prebiotics. Could you just redo this video clip ,pls? No one consumes lots of Artichoke hearts and Jerusalem artichokes.

  2. Eat vegetables they give you energy and after eating them you will feel energetic.
    Tomatoes and potatoes make you feel lethargic and should not be eaten.
    After eating you should feel energetic and not lethargic, this is how I recommend to eat vegetables.
    Vegetables should be eaten organic and in season. Much love. xx
