I have found(for me personally) that 2 x "Centrum Advance for Adults" multivitamins with 1 x scoop of "92% Protein powder" 3 times a day(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner time) had kick-started my Keto quickly(in just 2 days) to the point where I had to remind myself to eat because I did not feel hungry anymore. I continued that for a few more days and then started to eat small amounts of chicken, eggs & bacon with its fat, cheese, other low to no carb things and in the meantime maintained the multivitamins and protein resume every day. Sleeping was a major issue for me as it kicked me out of Keto often till I was able to maintain a consistent sleeping pattern with set times(because I was grumpy and distracted in the morning, so that I would not stick to the low-carb/no carb eating way and add foods I did not need).

  4. Been on Keto strictly for a year and a half and then sorta fell off – but my methods I've learned have remained and the cravings aren't as intense for sugar. So I'm still benefitting from what I learned and my mindset on food. I'm going back to strictly be on it.

  6. I have an app on my phone and find that I am pretty good at keeping my calories on point but I constantly go over on my protein and don't hit my fat goal or my water goal daily. The good thing is I eat really clean and read labels, very few items come out of a box. So my next step to get on track is to weigh and measure my foods to get an idea of what the actual values should be, after a while it will be a habit. By the way I am 65 years old and at my last doctor's visit, she told me my cholesterol levels were that of someone half my age.

  7. Neither of you have ever been obese. And based on the tips that you shared it really shows. It would be more appropriate for you both to provide tips on how to stay on keto for a long time because you have done that. But, please think about commenting on "how to lose weight". Frivolously commenting on such things can be detrimental to those (such as myself) who are obese.
