  10. Amazed that most people do not believe that breakfast is the most useless meal as when you wake up you are not hungry. First thing i do in the morning is a cup of tea followed by strength exercises. Because i do Intermittent fasting I dont feel hungry virtually all days. I eat mostly healthy foods – avocados, fish – sardines/tuna/salmon and reasonable proteins/vegetables – chicken and red meat. lets face it people eat for something to do – they are bored !

Well I did keto for 2 months lost 20 pounds I've stayed out of keto for 4 months eating as I please never working out and I only regain 5 pounds so January I'll be back on keto maybe for a bit longer than 2 months but the regain weight it's not as bad as Dr. Oz makes it seem… Keto with Dr. Berg teach you some tricks and discipline like intermittent fasting.. I'm eating carbs now yes.. Of course lowered the fat but still doing if.

    Bueno, hice ceto durante 2 meses y perdí 20 libras. Me mantuve sin ceto durante 4 meses comiendo porque nunca hago ejercicio y solo recupero 5 libras, así que en enero volveré a la cetogénica tal vez por un poco más de 2 meses. pero recuperar peso no es tan malo como parece el Dr. Oz … Keto con el Dr. Berg te enseña algunos trucos y disciplina como el ayuno intermitente … Ahora estoy comiendo carbohidratos sí … Por supuesto, bajé la grasa pero aún así haciendo si.
