  4. I am zero + blood type & follow pretty much the blood type πŸ’‰ diet & also KETO but in a customized way according to my ancient blood type. The more you know about your personal blood type group the better off you are in my opinion. I don't have a weight problem & the reason why i do KETO is to empower my brain that's all.

Really not a fan of keto yes you will lose weight but honestly it relies way to heavy on animal fats and protein like bacon butter beef etc. I chose to be low carb but not restrict so heavy like keto. I eat sweet potatoes brown rice bananas healthy carbs and alot of plant protein with a lot of veggies and fruits and protein shakes after workout

  6. That was more of a dirty keto meal plan. Not enough greens. A better dinner option would have been some grilled salmon or chicken thigh which are also fatty protein with some broccoli or asparagus cooked in butter or olive oil

  7. Oh please, eating carbs occasionally on keto isn't dangerous. It's actually a good idea, because it promotes metabolic flexibility. Can't believe such scaremongering garbage is still being peddled by the mainstream. Get a clue.

  8. [email protected]…i do the ketogenic diet and yes it works..pple need to know it is a sustainable diet once u fully do ur research about keto…u can just about make any food keto friendly
    I document my keto weight journey on my channel consider checking out my channel and support me ive lost 175 lbs..im proof it works and if u get off the wagon its easy to get back on the wagon..

  9. Dr Oz, get with the program. Fat is not the enemy sugar is. Ive been on keto six months and lost 30 pounds. The first week I started keto I was able to get off my blood pressure meds. Now that I’m just maintaining my weight loss I’m doing low carb and still feeling great. The old way of thinking about fat and that it causes heart disease and cancer just isn’t true
