  2. Guys, losing weight doesn't need to be hard (I used to think it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that program has transformed my life. I probably should not even be mentioning it cause I don't want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am in a good mood today so I'll share the wealth haha.

  4. There are Keto Breads, Tortilla's, Bagel's, and Buns. You can even make Keto Mug Bread and cakes ( which is the size of a big muffin or Cup Cake) all low carb, higher fat medium protein and very satisfying and filling

  7. The greatest thing I ever did was got off the Keto diet and then I learned to eat whole foods and yes calories matter on any diet. I eat plenty of fruit, whole grain bread. lean meats and I am mentally happy and thin. On Keto I was depressed with low energy. Portions matter it's all about calories. You could loose weight eating candy bars if you do not go over your calories 🙂

    And if you eat that bun, you are not now on a, "high fat, high calorie diet."🙄 … It would be bad to eat the bun because you are now on a high fat, high SUGAR SUGAR SUGAR diet.
