  1. I process 1 egg yolks with EVOO in my mini-food processor+ add garlic, an anchovy, and parmesan pepper, salt- lemon juice and BOOM a great, healthy salad dressing in minutes. You can add a dash of mustard and Braggs aminos. Done. I also avoid store bought dressings

  3. I had to have my gallbladder removed about 8/9 years and one of the worst foods that I cannot eat is salad. It gives me indigestion so bad that I've quit eating ANY kind of lettuce. I cannot eat peppers, either. Is there is an alternative to salads??
