  6. So here I am 78 and fat, been gym and running lady which lasted 30 odd years, did I lose a lb. or drop a dress size, no I did not but got 2 knee replacements for my dedication. Now 2 weeks into Keto and lost 5 lbs, know it isn't huge loss but I am thrilled as an elderly food portions are much smaller so the weight loss is great considering and I feel just great.

You mentioned you eat ssnacks โ€if you needโ€ does it mean that you mainly eat only a breakfast, salad lunch and meat dinner? Do you not feel hungry whole day just eating salad for lunch? What about your fat bomb recipes? I was just about to make the chocolate cheese brownie and watching this, Iโ€™m not sure if I should be eating those?
